The GT-R is a high-performance sports car that is not only an iconic name for the Nissan brand but has achieved a ton of success on the race track too. This 2010 GT-R quite literally takes things to a whole new level with an astonishing amount of time and money spent upgrading the appearance and powertrain of the vehicle. Bodywork on this Red Nissan was carried out by Arizona Street Custom and included a XPEL paint protection film, powdercoating the wheels, adding wheel spacers, new tires and installing new front/rear diffusers to improve the stance and aerodynamics of this GT-R. The heart of this car is where the dollars really start to add up. The 3.8l twin-turbocharged V6 engine that this vehicle came with from the factory was a pretty special unit already but apparently not enough for the builder of this special GT-R. Switzer Performance in Oberlin, Ohio completed the overhaul of the motor with an “Ultimate Street Car Package" for over 0,000. The entire engine was gone through from internals like pistons, rods and camshaft to the externals such as turbochargers, manifolds and intake. This Nissan is said to dyno at or near 1,000hp now and has been designed to run on 93 or higher-octane gasoline. A sick ride like this deserves a performance exhaust system and that's what you get here; the catalytic converters have been removed and feed stainless steel exiting pipes and turbo wastegate pipes for an exhilarating soundtrack whether you're inside or watching this Nissan GT-R fly by. The transmission on this 2010 Nissan was upgraded to a 2014 GT-R 6-speed automatic to handle the extra power and part of the engine build includes high temperature differentials and transmission cooler. Hop inside this GT-R and you'll be surprised at the level of sound deadening that allows you and your passengers to enjoy the ride in comfort and with entertainment through the touch-screen center dash display. Of course, you have air conditioning, power windows/locks and Black leather seating with lumbar support to keep you in comfort as well. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
