Victoria: 3d rose, plate 14. Used on entire. Mailed on MY 21 (18)74 by Heath & Co.
London 87 vertical duplex cancel on front, dated MY 21 '74, stamped with a blue Heath & Co. company stamp a red, P{ai}D cancel and a Calais transit datestamp dated 22 Mai.
Back bears a NICE, receiving datestamp, 23 MAI '74.
The inside once bore a stamp, probably a 1d fiscal which has been unceremoniously removed.

I am breaking up my stamp collection. Most of the stamps were collected between 1965 - 1978 when I was in school and college. For the Elizabeth II commeratives I usually walked down to the Post Office for all the new issues and bought a mint set and sent myself a First Day Cover. At first they went into hinged albums but from about 1969 they went into stock albums - where they have been until now. I will mention if the mint stamps have ever been hinged.

I don't want to do this but I have to because of the number of unpaid invoices and/or no contact that I have been experiencing recently.  THANK YOU.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK:     Please contact me before leaving it.     If there is an issue we can work it out. My only negative in 10 YEARS was from someone in Bulgaria whose item was lost in the mail. I had ZERO contact of any sort from them, just a negative rating left 50 days after the sale ( A 99cent item with FREE SHIPPING!!!!!). I'll work with you to correct any problem, but if you don't let me know there is a problem I can't do anything about it.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS: Because of numerous non-delivery claims and non-payments from China, Russian Federation & Bulgaria, Ukraine and others I WILL NEITHER ship nor accept bids from there.
RETURNS: IF an item is substantially not as described I will accept a return. This DOES NOT include lots of over 8 stamps as I can't always check each stamp thoroughly.
