    Rare vintage Metzke pewter on tin container shows an American eagle standing on a large twig nest guarding 2 eggs. It is signed on lid and dated 1974. Box is 4" in diameter x 2-5/8" high. Tag on inside lid tells how to maintain the pewter. Gun metal gray finish on tin is worn at lower edge of sides and on bottom of box. Very good condition otherwise.
